Welcoming Hatha yoga classes in Bristol

Hi, I’m Lizzie - a yoga teacher, movement enthusiast, and recovering perfectionist.

I'm a Bristol-based yoga teacher offering slow, steady yoga classes that help you reconnect with your body and move in a way that feels right for you.

In a world that often asks us to do more and be more, you can practice at your own pace, tune in, and let go of ‘getting it right’.

My classes are down-to-earth and free from pressure or judgement, giving you space to explore movement and breath with curiosity, kindness, and self-compassion.
